"A fun few days with my cousins. Three of us had a bedroom and one on the comfy couch. Beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. The grounds could use a little attention, but overall very nice. Very quiet little town close enough to Seabrook to enjoy all it has to offer, but at a lower price. We had a great time and will be back. "

"Our room had an issue so they upgraded us to the penthouse. The room was wonderful. A few things were missed during cleaning prior to our arrival, but it in no way hindered our stay. Was able to bake a full birthday cake in the kitchen and the fireplace being on when we arrived was a wonderful touch. Great stay! "

"Location is fantastic! Wonderful views of the ocean and river from the balcony. The walking paths are pristine, and so many spots to stop to sit and enjoy. We saw deer in the grass by the ocean in the morning, and a family of bald eagles was nesting in a tree by the river. Kitchen area is tight, but it was arranged well, and sufficiently stocked."

"We were just thrilled to find this special spot on the beach. Our first day we had a beautiful walk on the beach. That evening we were met with a beautiful sunset over the water. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We would hope to return."

"This condo was in a location for us. It was mid September and not huge crowds. The condo was at the end of the beach. Great views of the ocean pretty quiet. Small store about 8 minutes away, a little bigger store and restaurants in seabrook about 12 minutes away. There are grills and play area and some nice litttle trails on property. I would definitely stay there again well taken care of with a nice balcony"

"What a trip back in time this was. Lots of original appliances still in fully working order and other wacky decor straight out of the 80's. We got such a kick out of it all! Honestly, we loved the vintage flair of this amazing little corner condo. Much time was spent on the wrap around porch and quick jaunts on the beach which was quickly accessible using adorable and very well maintained trails. "I enjoyed the top floor. The view was just perfect. The stairway to the unit was steep. The kitchen was well equiped but you must bring all condiments. The bed was nice, we sleep good. Overall condition of the building was average. There are repairs needed. To improve the view how about a window washing. It is really needed. "
