"What a trip back in time this was. Lots of original appliances still in fully working order and other wacky decor straight out of the 80's. We got such a kick out of it all! Honestly, we loved the vintage flair of this amazing little corner condo. Much time was spent on the wrap around porch and quick jaunts on the beach which was quickly accessible using adorable and very well maintained trails. "A fun few days with my cousins. Three of us had a bedroom and one on the comfy couch. Beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. The grounds could use a little attention, but overall very nice. Very quiet little town close enough to Seabrook to enjoy all it has to offer, but at a lower price. We had a great time and will be back. "

"Location is fantastic! Wonderful views of the ocean and river from the balcony. The walking paths are pristine, and so many spots to stop to sit and enjoy. We saw deer in the grass by the ocean in the morning, and a family of bald eagles was nesting in a tree by the river. Kitchen area is tight, but it was arranged well, and sufficiently stocked."

"The condo was clean, well-supplied, and quiet. We enjoyed the deck and convenient paths to the beach and woods near the river. We were disappointed that the fireplace was not functioning. We recommend extra blankets in both bedrooms, a light over the stove, and a night light in the bathroom."

"This condo was in a location for us. It was mid September and not huge crowds. The condo was at the end of the beach. Great views of the ocean pretty quiet. Small store about 8 minutes away, a little bigger store and restaurants in seabrook about 12 minutes away. There are grills and play area and some nice litttle trails on property. I would definitely stay there again well taken care of with a nice balcony"

"I enjoyed the top floor. The view was just perfect. The stairway to the unit was steep. The kitchen was well equiped but you must bring all condiments. The bed was nice, we sleep good. Overall condition of the building was average. There are repairs needed. To improve the view how about a window washing. It is really needed. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Elk House and would come back again. It’s a great house and such a peaceful area. We didn’t see any elk, sadly, but enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the porch. The WiFi worked great, and we were able to stream on the TV. The house is in a great area - easy drives to Lake Quinault, hiking, and more!
