There are however a number of negatives with this property; when we booked the property the pool was advertised as heated, it is not. There are air conditioning units in the sitting room and one in the master bedroom, neither of which work, we understand they have been "disabled". "This property is at the end of an unmade road which means you will see almost no-one during your stay so it's very private. It's an easy 30 minute drive from Faro. Rui, the host, is very helpful and easy to talk to. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and we wanted for nothing."

"Our group was 2 couples ( in our 60s) staying for a week. The Villa was perfect as both bedrooms had en suites along with decent sized living areas to relax. We enjoyed the fresh oranges from the groves that are part of the property. It is a very quiet and relaxing environment. We did not walk into the town as it is a long walk - a car is necessary . "If you want rustic this is the place to stay. Very welcoming on arrival beds are very very comfortable. Have a walk around the farm well looked after. Would definately stay again"

"Jorge is a very attentive host and the apartment was perfect - spacious and in the middle of an orange orchard. Ideal location for exploring eastern Algarve and with space for kids to run around and relax. Would highly recommend and will be back to stay again."
