"Wonderful friendly staff right in the heart of Munich. It was wonderful to be able to be in Marienplatz with a short walk to explore and grab a train to anywhere in Bavaria very easily. The hotel staff was very friendly and all had wonderful English, which I was not expecting, but appreciated. For a city hotel I thought the room was plenty spacious with a small sitting area and king size bed. "

Gave us all the information needed. Would highly recommend to talk to her, and not the day time staff members who were disappointing."
