"We loved the spaciousness as well as separate areas that permitted 3 different family groups to stay at the house. We feasted, watched & played football, crafted, and played in the game room. We were able to include our daughter's family that lives nearby and is caring for a terminally ill child. This home facilitated us having such a wonderful time together as family. "

"Even though it was February, this house was peaceful, beautiful, clean. It had everything you could need for cooking. A lot of extra linens, towels etc. The stove and the refrigerator are really great. And the owner is super communicative."

"The area turned out to be perfect for watching the stars, very little ambient light. It was wonderfully quiet (off season). The host was helpful and responsive to questions. And the place was bright and clean, with lots of thought put in to making it comfortable."

"Property was clean and worked great for us with how close it is to VIR. Nice to be on Hyco Lake for a quite get away. Communication from the host was excellent and much appreciated. Will plan on staying here again."

"Decent house, but public spaces get crowded quickly if you are nearing capacity of beds. The living room and kitchen is pretty small (only 4 chairs at the kitchen table) so difficult to host 10+ people in the wintertime. Beautiful, large deck and lakefront dock - would love to come back and enjoy it in the summertime! The driveway is VERY tight - people with large vehicles be warned! "
