We arrived late and the gentleman at the front desk gave us directions to our room, then met us at the door to hold open the door so we could unload our luggage without struggling with the door. The bed was firm, but perfect for us! Overall the room was comfortable. We noticed a few issues that needed to be fixed and pointed them out to the staff.
