"The local property managers were great. The location is close to everything we were doing. The neighborhood was a bit run down but the neighbors are very nice. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed to cook meals, etc. We would stay again, it’s ridiculously close to the Palace. A bit of a walk to MVP but easy- restaurants, stores and bars easy to walk to."

Parking was adequate but awkward with a “dually” truck in the back parking area. Manageable but awkward. Could use better TV instructions. "The apartment had everything I needed, but, no views outside. I wish the listing would include that. I would have stayed here anyway because location was perfect for me. It took me a while to figure out the apartment door lock. If I tried to open the door to early, then I couldn't open it at all. Took me a few minutes to realize I had to wait. The host replied to my questions quickly."

"This apartment was perfect for our stay in Troy to visit the city and the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall. It’s clean and well equipped and Tanyana is an excellent host. One note on the parking, we got a $50 ticket issued at 4:30AM on Tuesday. We were parked pretty much in front of the building entrance under a sign that clearly indicated parking was OK after 5:00PM. Turns out there’s a sign further down the block that prohibits parking early Tuesday and Thursday morning for street cleaning...

"Really cute and cozy space. Parking lot was easy, right next to the building. Very clean and close to everything in downtown! Brought my dog and it was convenient with the yard and being able to walk him around. The neighborhood is a little sketch, but nothing super crazy. Would book here again!"
