"Guy at the front desk who checked me in was super awesome and the rooms are SO nice. Actually was going to give this property five stars and say I was blown away…. Until I checked out and had an unfavorable experience at the valet. The attendant who pulled up my car straight up stared at me and watched as I struggled to get all my luggage into the trunk — didn’t even attempt to help, which was strange for a 5-star hotel. I honestly don’t know why I still tipped him. "

"Bring earplugs. Freeway noise. Street racing. Car horns. Amplified auto exhaust. Car alarms in parking structure. Hallway noise. Nearing neighbors through walls. The lack of sounds insulation against the twenty-four hour noise outside the room degrades what is otherwise a pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Plenty of small restaurants within two blocks of safe walking. Good (but not cheap) parking with easy street/freeway access."
