"It was very clean and very easy to check in and out"

"Check in was hard. No one was at the desk, so they gave you instructions over the phone to get your key from an open box behind the desk (not very secure) and took me a min to find it. Also, someone came to my room at 8 PM to "turn on the fireplace" (I did not have a fireplace). When I called to report it, the receptionist said, "oh yeah, the heat is off, and they are going around fixing it". A little warning would have been nice. I am a single woman and a stranger at 8 at night wanting to get...

"Clean and functional lodging in an excellent location in downtown SLC. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed is in no danger of being classified as roomy, or comfortable. Never could figure our the heating system. The temperature just kept flashing. Helpful fitness center. Hotel has an "old building" smell, but it's clean and functional. Very affordable for the location. Would likely stay there again."
