"This small house is a perfect, pet friendly spot near the U. It is remarkably quiet for being in such a busy part of town, with privacy fencing around the yard. Modern styling and impeccably clean"

"Great spacious basement space! Neighborhood was very nice, no problems getting in, beds and living areas were very clean and comfortable. Only minor issue was it getting too warm during the night since the heat cannot be controlled from the basement. Hosts did recommend closing the vents and opening windows in the check-in info, which did mostly alleviate this. Small issue overall though, and it was a great spot for our quick stay!"

The pictures are a little dated as the fire pit outside was well worn nothing like what the picture suggest. Excellent stay and excellent communication with the owner/manager."

"This property was perfectly situated with easy access to multiple ski mountains, 30 minutes from the airport, with great restaurants and stores a short drive away. The host was extremely helpful as we navigated a snowy day and leveraged the bus system into the mountains. The place was exactly as shown (with even better views), and included everything you would need. Highly recommend!"

"What a perfect place and location. Just minutes to mouth of Little CC (Snowbird/Alta). The apartment was huge especially for only 3 of us, but could easily fit many more. Had everything we needed and more, plus all the shopping/restaurants 5 min down the road. The garage was an unexpected bonus when it dumped snow for 2 nights in a row. Hope the price doesn’t go up too much for this hidden gem. "

"This little apt was perfect for us while visiting our kids nearby, over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was comfortable, very clean, had everything we needed. Lots of natural light, which we love. Thanks Rene!!"
