"The hairdryer is something from the 1960’s. No access to balcony, on the balcony the privacy steel plates were blowing in the wind creating a lot of noise. Hugo at the front desk was wonderful."

"We had a few days to explore Lisbon after our cruise but had no idea of what to see. The staff offered suggestions and arranged a local tour agency to get us on tours that would hit the highlights. and very reasonably priced as well. also the tours had hotel pick up which made it very convenient. whenever I had a question about anything, they were more than helpful, had a great three days there. would definitely recommend."
