We went into one room and the shower door was broken so the very helpful front desk lady let us switch to a new room. "Wonderful hotel and an excellent breakfast. The owners are super people and treat their guests as family. We had a mountain-facing balcony view that was absolutely stunning. Some guests mentioned the WiFi and it’s true that it comes and goes in and out; however, downstairs in the bar area, the signal is very strong. So, if you plan on hiding out in your room and streaming videos, etc, don’t count on it. If that’s not the case, we highly recommend this hotel. "

"It's a great hotel/resort to visit this area of the Dolomites, particularly if you are in the region for hiking. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is great, and the pools are wonderful. Highly recommended! My only gripe is the don't take the American Express card, something I believe is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel like Diamant SPA Resort. It was an unpleasant and unexpected surprise."

"Great relaxing time during our 4 night stay. All inclusive is good value given the excellent quality of the food. Be aware that only gin was included (so we were told) so other spirits are paid for, which is strange (and not all inclusive). Lovely outlook over the mountains, spa area also top quality, although sauna should be on all day, they only turn it on in the afternoon. "
