"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....

The region restores your soul, and the local transportation is excellent so you can get where you need to go. I would absolutely return and recommend to anyone interested in visiting the Dolomites. "The hotel itself looks very nice from the outside, and the views from the dining area are very pretty. However, the rooms are very basic. Doesn’t seem much effort was put in. There is also no elevator so we had to walk up and down to our top floor room. Spa looks better in pictures. The staff also wasn’t very friendly, and one person in particular was downright rude. Would not stay here again. "

It is a perfect hotel to wind down and escape, as the bath set up and spa where clean and a treat to use. A perfect location to find some hiking or adventure near by, or relax by the pool and use the spa in the afternoon. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! "
