"Very nice place in a beautiful area"

"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....

"Great for a one night stay. Sheets seemed very clean and breakfast was a nice thing to have! We ended up driving to the wrong address based on the address sent to us. It took us to someones house 15 min away which was an extra 30 min to our already long travels. The people at the house we ended up at said this happens all the time. The hotel could maybe explain this better or ask goolge to fix this. My husbands Iphone imaps found the address but my samung google maps didnt. "

"Fantastic hotel. Ultra modern, sparkling clean, fantastic vibe. Slightly off the main strip of Canazei but that’s exactly what we wanted. This hotel features total natural serenity and premium privacy. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was fantastic. "To see Marolada is amazing. Albergo Malga Ciapela Is a great place to start. The hotel is simple and have everything you need. You can walk to the mountain or take the shuttle provided. The room is well appointed, clean and has everything you need. This is a simple hotel, but it has a sauna, a beautiful lounge, and dining room. The detail that sets this a part from the others? "Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked having the use of a fridge (shared with other guests) and alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages available in a fridge at very reasonable cost. "

"Clean and spacious rooms. Great location with a short walk to the ski lift. We didn't have any issues, but at times we found communications from the staff to be a bit rude."

"The staff was incredible all week! The views in the morning are breathtaking, located directly on the ski slope. I went there without a car and had to pay for a couple taxis which was expensive, but it was better than a weekly car rental fee. I highly recommend staying here. "Good anything"

"Located in a lovely scenic position high up on a hill side, the property is staffed by wonderfully hospitable people determined to make our stay memorable. To our surprise, the property had a small pool and exercise area as well as games area. The recommendation of a nearby restaurant was spot on (5 minute walk) plus a great breakfast also kept us well fed. The only concerns are that the property is a bit of a drive off the main motorway and the wifi was slow. But those are small concerns...
