"I needed to be close to KazNU and this was walking distance. It faces a nice open area next to great walking park. Food and mall close by. It has the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen, including an omelette station. Friendly helpful staff. Second time I stayed here and will stay here in future visits."

"My 2nd time staying here. the description of this hotel has the word "upscale". it is not upscale. The lady at the reception (with curly hair) is great, always with a smile and friendly. Breakfast was the same food both times i stayed here. the fried rice was very delicious but the others were just average. the rooms are very old fashioned and dated. broken tiles, stains, toilet not thoroughly scrubbed and shower head that didn't work properly. the liquid soap at the sink smells horrible. i...
