"If you’re searching for a hotel to stay in Almaty but you’re put off by the room rates at the Ritz-Carlton, my advice is get a temporary second job to increase your budget because this hotel, their staff and the facilities are worth every penny of the cost. The staff are second to none in their attention to detail, their anticipation of your requirements and going the extra mile to make your stay not just good but verging on the magical!
