"The Eco-Cave has been fitted out to a very high standard, incredibly clean and very quiet inside, just perfect for relaxing. To the outside of the cave the seating area is beautifully done and you are able to look across Valle Jimenez and witness real life Tenerife. "Excellent combination of modern comfort and traditional dwelling. Wonderful views of village, iconic rocks, mountains and sea, with good restaurants and beaches withing 10 minutes drive. Finding the gate was difficult for us in the dark, although the host and manager were very helpful. The road over the mountain passes is not for the faint hearted; we recommend doing it in full daylight. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"A lovely property set in a nice rural location between the mountains. Close by local restaurants and an easy walk into the main village for a supermarket.Close by lovely beach. Everything you need to have a lovely stay is in the property and great communication from Pedro. As this is very much a rural property you will hear the persistent background noise of dogs and associated small holding animals to add to its authenticity. Thanks for the a lovely vacation."

"Das Haus ist sehr landestypisch dekoriert und eingerichtet. Pool wird mehrmals am Tag beheizt. Man fühlt sich auf anhieb sehr wohl. Der Ausblick ist unbegreiflich schön aufs Meer die Wolken und auf Gran Canaria. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und informativ. Auf ein Auto ist man überwiegend angewiesen. Lokale in 5 bis 10 min abwr auch fußläufig erreichbar. In 35 bis 40 min ist man in santa cruz oder puerto de la Cruz. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub wir haben es sehr genossen."

"We loved our stay in the finca el Roque. It is a very comfortable cottge, well equiped. It has a great garden with flowers and woodland, and a beautiful vieuw from the terrace. It is within easy reach of an area of great natural beauty, the Anaga peninsula. Also it is easy to shop nearby."

"We stayed here for 7-8 days in July and had a wonderful stay. The location really is amazing and having the private pool to refresh in when too hot is amazing. Peter and Martina are lovely and very respectful so we never felt like they were intruding on our stay. Would definitely come back again."

"Superb house situated perfectly for touring all of the island. Candelaria is a lovely non touristy spot. House had everything we needed and Rafa was a great host. You definitely need a car although there is a bus stop very close by and we used the bus one evening. "
