"I arrived in Tenerife by ferry and walked to NH Tenerife. Check-in was efficient, the staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with many options. The hotel is close to many restaurants and close to the light rail line that goes to San Cristobal de La Laguna. I recommend this hotel and will stay there on my next visit to Tenerife."

"The hotel is ideal for the tech savvy traveller but not so good if you don't have a smart phone. Information can only be accessed by QR codes! The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, and the facilities are very good overall. This was our third hotel on our journey around the islands and compared with the other two hotels the staff was less friendly, they were very efficient, just rather business-like. The breakfast was also rather disappointing and not worth €15. Overall, a good place to stay, close to many restaurants and places to visit."
