"Arrived at property and was unable to get in. Called the posted number and someone answered but as soon as I said “hello?” they hung up. I immediately called again and it went straight to voicemail. After spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com they were unable to get the property managers to answer, either. I ended up having to make a new reservation altogether. "

"The house was nice and big and the amenities were awesome. Especially the pool table and arcade! The pool itself was awesome to have but the space itself needs some love and updates. The chair cushions in the pool room desperately need to be replaced.
