"We enjoyed the privacy and the quietness of the Inn. Our room was clean and the staff at the service desk was good, Very friendly. The bar staff was not as efficient. Very slow to get us our drinks. We had to wait almost 25 minutes for two drinks poured on the rocks. Food was good and served fast. Thank you for a wonderful time"

"This is the nicest room we've stayed in in forever! So clean and looked to be recently renovated. Not sure if we received an upgrade but our king room had a comfy new chair and sofa with pillows to enjoy while watching TV or reading. Many lamps around the room and lovely plush towels and washcloths in a sparkling clean bathroom. A tub you would want to sit in! "Hotel bien situé. Près de plusieurs restaurants et magasins. Par contre, il n’y a pas beaucoup d’insonorisation dans les chambres. Nous entendions les gens marcher et parler dans les chambres autour de nous."

"We stayed at the Overlook Lodge at Bear Mountain. It was beautiful, despite the snowy weather and cold! The main lodge was also very nice and we ate there for both dinner and breakfast. If you stay in the Overlook Lodge, don't stay in Rm. 201. There is a nearby heavy fire door that slams shut and will not let you rest or sleep. Thankfully, we were able to move to a new room away from the door. I hope the hotel fixes that soon."
