"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"I had a relaxing and comfortable one-night stay. Staffs were friendly, and facility was well-maintained and clean. Conveniently located by Kawagoe Station, it took only a few minute walk to the building. The room and bathroom were spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice bathtub; Seven Eleven, Tully’s Coffee, restaurants and shops are down stairs.
