A stay over before our early flight to Miami, we had a brilliant night whether it was the large and very comfortable room with bed and sofa bed, the social space in the foyer which is unreal and the service and welcome drink was excellent. We spent the evening having a lovely meal and enjoying the space which is so well thought out and the interior design is beautiful. "

Nothing was too much for them & lovely young man even made considerable effort helping me fix a problem with the combination lock on my suitcase jamming. "Very useful stopover for Purple Patking drop off for Heathrow. Perfect stop after a long flight before a long drive. Excellent staff. £15 for overnight parking. Our bathroom door was warped and didn’t close properly but other than that all was good. Breakfast starts at 6.30am too and was plentiful and included "

"5th time staying here in the past couple of years and the hotel is always consistently good. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the staff friendly. The onsite restaurant is really very good with freshly made and tasty meals. The hotel is very convenient to all terminals of Heathrow as it's directly connected to T4 and accessible to other terminals by train / tube. Will stay again."
