Terrible, absolutely terrible
Terrible terrible terrible….. stayed there because I was quite tired to drive home after work. Very very old place, tattered, carpets were threadbare, everything is dated. Very noisy you can hear the noise of every single car driving past. Why this is a hotel is mind boggling. Needs improvement works.

Stay was ok. Suitable for one night. Carpet was in need of a clean as sticky marks by side of bed. Breakfast was acceptable although only bacon no sausages.

Helpful courteous staff, a large comfortable room overlooking quiet tree-lined street.location of hotel ideal, with good parking for hotel guests. Breakfast ... Substantial... Excellent mushrooms, eggs anyway you want.Easy walk to South Croydon station.

Bear in mind this is a cheap place very close to Croydon town centre. However it is cheap for a reason, it wasn’t the cleanest place I have ever stayed, very dated and the shower as good as didn’t work, water came out very slow and didn’t appear to get hot. That said for a night in a location I wanted to be, it done the job at cheap price. Any more than a night would have been an issue

Easy to park nice check in, dumped my stuff and went for food after a long day got back and noticed room smelt of smoke and was very run down and dirty. Definitely not worth the money

No noise policy in place after 11pm, noisy residents including constant banging of doors and stamping about the room and shouting. Reception informed as it was way past midnight went on until 3am, furniture in the room damaged. Totally needs a refurb, under the impression its used as temp accommodation for families, no problem with that. Breakfast was shocking its a full english or cereal, asked for scrambled egg on toast with beans. No toast but beans and half cooked scrambled on a plate. (Salmonella warning big time)! Honestly give this place a wide berth!

The dirtiest hotel where I've ever stayed. Stains on bathroom walls, spider webs on ceiling, broken furniture, stained and sticky carpet.

If you just need a bed for the night then it’s fine. I needed it for that purpose so it didn’t disappoint. The room wasn’t overly pretty to look at but I went for the cheapest hotel and so I got what I paid for.

Fraud place .
Hi , the hotel is probably a hoe house. I was with parents . There was several extra people I believe who just visited . Also mosquitoes present in room , toilet next to bed where we sleep . I just left after 2 hours. Pathetic . I want my money back .
