"Great room for a budget stay. Room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet despite the main road outside (good double glazing). Close to an underground station, and onlly 10 minutes' walk to Neumarkt - a big shopping area with a Lidl and Aldi. The "no staff" element seems a little odd, but the check-in worked well and there's a large, warm comfortable lounge area downstairs. WiFi is rapid. "The room turnaround service needs to focus on dusting/ hoovering properly/ fully. But the customer service was otherwise perfect & so was the breakfast. "

"Very nice stay the staff were very helpful and positive. We requested a late check out and they were positive however we left early on the last day. Wish there was room service at the hotel. It’s not exactly in the shopping areas but nice river front and shopping is a short uber drive away. Enjoyed our stay. "
