"Had a lovely stay here (def helped by the free upgrade to a junior suite!). Really great location: right next to the river and the Heumarkt (so ideal for getting to Christmas market locations). We liked that we could decline to have room cleaning (and got given a free snack for doing so) - when you are only there two nights, we really don't need anyone coming in to make up our room."

"Outstanding service and attention to detail. The staff were very accommodating and easy to talk to. The only black mark was a washroom that was cooler than the rest of the room. It made the first few minutes out of the shower uncomfortable. As a sort of consolation, the bathroom featured a heated towel rack. The shower was also slow to drain, leading to some initial concerns regarding flooding the suite. The breakfast selection was above average with staff making decorative coffee creations. The hotel is centrally located, with some attractions easily accessible by foot. It is located on a quiet street and away from night life."

"Well located, close to the Chocolate Museum, Sports Museum, Harbour and Christmas Market. Hop on and hop off tours stop here. Actual hotel is clean and rooms are spacious."
