"This is a very gorgeous property and very much a unique experience. The host is very gracious and the breakfast is quite plentiful. I did not get a chance to use the pool, but would have. Make sure that you message the host ahead of your arrival. There is a taxi service from Novafeltria, but I would recommend having a car to explore the area."

"Nous avons attendu une heure dans la cour car il n'y avait personne. Tout était ouvert. Nous sommes repartis et revenus une demi heure après. Là, il y avait un jeune homme qui nous a dit n'avoir aucune resa à notre nom. Finalement, le propriétaire a fini par la retrouver. Sur 3 chambres, une seule était faite et elle sentait mauvais. "Situated in remote hamlet in the hills this agritourismo is in a wonderful setting and has a good reasonably priced restaurant and serves an adequate breakfast. We loved the place. Our only concern is that it is fairly remote and as we only needed a stopover on our way south maybe some of you may not find it convenient..that said..we will stay there again!!"

"We had a relaxing visit to this amazing Villa! Alessio and his family were so welcoming and enjoyable! The villa was ideal for our group and we had a wonderful pizza night with Alessio's mother, Catia! "The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."
