"We loved the farmhouse. It was immaculately clean, with a well-equiped kitchen. You could easily use it with two families since there are two kitchens, multiple bathrooms. It is located next to a working agricultural company so there is some tractor and car traffic right in front of the terrace. It did not bother us but it may be dangerous with small children. That was the only negative I could think of. Super accommodation!"

"A very peaceful place in green area surrounded by threes of fruit we could eat. We were met by Marc who made us feel home. Beautiful new renovated room with nice decor. Breakfast was good with selection of eggs, ham and type of bread. We had the best pizza ever down in the city nearby. "

"We were 8 adults and loved our stay here. Pool is large and warm. Great accommodation. Good sized table outside for eating at. Very good communication before we went and property manager on hand if we needed anything during the stay. There are some lovely hilltop towns within 30 mins of the property, Arezzo is an hour away and there are restaurants and a supermarket 10 mins away. Can thoroughly recommend!!"

"We had a really great stay at Agriturismo Il Capannino. Such a peaceful and beautiful location. We had a warm welcome from Giuseppe the proprietor who was such good fun and a very interesting person. The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished and we really felt at home. The food was WONDERFUL and we really can't wait to go back again!"

The villa was ideal for our group and we had a wonderful pizza night with Alessio's mother, Catia! "The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."
