"Loved our time at Borghetto Calcinaia. We enjoyed the pool, views of the lake, the gardens, the nearby towns. Ben was very helpful and we were delighted to have food at the house when we arrived. The property had everything we needed and it's very comfortable. Can't wait to return!"

"We loved the farmhouse. It was immaculately clean, with a well-equiped kitchen. You could easily use it with two families since there are two kitchens, multiple bathrooms. It is located next to a working agricultural company so there is some tractor and car traffic right in front of the terrace. It did not bother us but it may be dangerous with small children. That was the only negative I could think of. Super accommodation!"

"We were 8 adults and loved our stay here. Pool is large and warm. Great accommodation. Good sized table outside for eating at. Very good communication before we went and property manager on hand if we needed anything during the stay. There are some lovely hilltop towns within 30 mins of the property, Arezzo is an hour away and there are restaurants and a supermarket 10 mins away. Can thoroughly recommend!!"

"We had a really great stay at Agriturismo Il Capannino. Such a peaceful and beautiful location. We had a warm welcome from Giuseppe the proprietor who was such good fun and a very interesting person. The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished and we really felt at home. "This is an absolutely private place in the Tuscany’s hills. You can relax all day, but if you want the hustle and bustle of the city, Arezzo is the nearest big city (Siena 1.5 hours by car). There are several restaurants to choose nerby. A major shopping centre is 20-30 minutes away. "Such a beautiful and authentic villa. A setting no less than perfect for a proper stay in the Italian country side. Just a 10-minute walk from Stia and yet fully private. Lucia was the perfect host - always willing and able to help with any questions we had. We've been spending holidays in Italy for near on 20 years, always agri turismo and this place is up there among the very best. Five-star ratings from me are few and far between, but Lucia and her place definitely earns all five stars."
