"Such a beautiful property & great value!!! Unbelievable views from our room of the waterfall on property grounds. Photos of the property do not do it justice. We booked this very last minute due to a change of schedule due to rain & the host’s communication was very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at how much we loved our change of plans. Not only was this property beautiful & full of hummingbirds, but Bajos del Toro was charming & had so much to offer. "

"We had an absolutely amazing time celebrating my birthday here. The property was clean and inviting. The view was amazing! The property manager, Piet, was courteous and informative! We went during the rainy season, but still had a great time. Daytime was warm & we enjoyed the pool and again, the VIEW! Would definitely recommend! "

"You need to stay here. The villa has a beautiful yet casual Balinese style. The casita is spectacular for an extra couple. The views of the layers of mountain and the lighted up valley below at night are spectacular, whether you’re in/around the pool or on the casita back deck. "We stayed 4 nights at Villa Tamarindo and it did not disappoint. From the welcome email from Joe with directions, to Elias warm greeting and villa tour, to the bonus room for yoga/reading, this villa was amazing. We had 2 couples but will likely return with our kids next time. We were blown away with the beauty of the place! A 4x4 car will be needed if you rent a car which is highly recommended.
