"To explain the ratings: I am a native of Huntingdon and the description of how close the property is to Juniata College, the hospital, and town is really erroneous. The location is beautiful, peaceful and quiet but it is a six mile drive to Huntingdon or a six mile drive to Cornpropst Mills on very windy, but paved, narrow roads. I know the road because I learned to drive on it, but it isn't for the faint of heart, especially at dark. I knew the shortcut roads, but I bet not many other visitors...

"The cabin is little but very comfortable. The driveway is definitely a mountain driveway. Very steep. The property of the cabin is very steep as well. Walking to the firepit is very steep too. "

"This property was truly gorgeous! House sits on 10 private acres with river access! Priceless! Views were beautiful, river was lovely and shallow, slow flow in front of home. Watched the birds float down river while enjoying my morning tea. My boys (young adults now) loved the pool table and kayaks provided. Thanks again from OC!!"

"The kids absolutely loved staying at the ranch and seeing all the animals. Walter stopped by our cabin multiple times a day and the kids always talked to him. Cant wait to come back with the baby when he is a little older and can enjoy and play with the animals like his older siblings"

"Amazing stay - loved the property and all the animals. Nice and quiet with plenty of privacy to enjoy our vacation. Cabin was a great space for unwinding after a day in the woods exploring. Our 2.5 year old loved the playground monster truck that was right near the cabin & the never ending supply of farm cats. Very relaxing and comfortable. Will 100% be going back. "This was our first time at this property, but hopefully will not be our last! The home and bunkhouse are both more spacious than in the pictures online. Everything was immaculately clean, and everything you could want was available at the property. Plenty of outdoor seating, and lovely ambience in the evenings. The owners were incredibly pleasant to work with and responded promptly to any query I made with them. I would give a rating of 10 stars if I could! "
