My favorite place to stay
"I started staying there in December of 2022 when I found myself traveling alone on Christmas to Cleveland Ohio. I found the hotel on hotels.com. I felt so comfortable and safe there and the fact that there was snow on Christmas didn't hurt either. I was so impressed with the room, and the view that I ended up staying one more night on my way home!
The price is always just right. I fell in love with the place and stayed there a couple more times traveling between Connecticut and Cleveland Ohio. I finally went for a few days in the summer of 2023 to enjoy the amenities. The food and drinks at the restaurant were really good! Service was wonderful and sitting outside on the deck at sunset was perfect!
When my plans for this past New Year's fell through I immediately booked a room for a 3 night stay.
I swam in the indoor pool, enjoyed the restaurant and the views. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the restaurant, which is in the hotel was closed on Sunday. I had been looking forward to a leisurely afternoon of drinks and watching sports at the bar.
Breakfast was great as always, the room was immaculate and the staff went above and beyond! They allowed me to switch rooms just so I had a view of the mountain! And Gracie from housekeeping was fantastic. She was so nice about cleaning up juice I had spilled on the floor! Clumsy me. I also enjoyed being able to take cocktails back to my room. The only thing I wished was that the bed was a little bit firmer. "
