Plus it had a beautiful, private covered porch for relaxing. And free wifi to plan our biking. The location was fantastic, perched on a hillside in a quiet rural area. Within 10 minutes, we could drive to the Allegrippis trailheads and Raystown MTB skills park. We were able to ride the whole trail system, in a few days due to warm weather and...

"The cabin was huge and very roomy. You're a short walk away from the water, so you can float or kayak all day or have your boat come and pick you up at the shore. We had a slight issue with one of the beds, but the owners were on top of it and very kind. "

There are lots of games, puzzles, videos, and a ping pong table to entertain everyone. The sports court includes balls, rackets, etc. The clean bed linens were in sealed plastic bags. The kitchen has pots and pans, dishes, utensils, appliances,etc. "

"To explain the ratings: I am a native of Huntingdon and the description of how close the property is to Juniata College, the hospital, and town is really erroneous. The location is beautiful, peaceful and quiet but it is a six mile drive to Huntingdon or a six mile drive to Cornpropst Mills on very windy, but paved, narrow roads. I know the road because I learned to drive on it, but it isn't for the faint of heart, especially at dark. I knew the shortcut roads, but I bet not many other visitors...
