"Phillip and Charlotte were the perfect hosts, there when needed but otherwise left us to enjoy the property, which, I have top say is first class. lots of room, plenty of equipment, dishes, pans etc. The rear garden was where we spent most of our evenings, there were 6 of us, motorcyclists, we cooked or BBQ'd every night and bought beer, wine from the local shop and relaxed and chatted about the ride we had undertaken during the day. "The hotel was lovely to look at. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was new clean and modern. The shower had good hot water flow. The amenities were wonderful. For example there was hot coffee choices or tea every afternoon, with cookies. Each hotel employee was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again if in Annecy. "
