"The house is great, has everything you need for a family ( 2 x kids < 10 plus parents) but is also really peaceful and a wonderful location to get some rest in the sun, when the kids allow! With there being space for 6 would be great for larger families or grandparents joining."

"This is the second time we've visited and both times have been really enjoyable experiences. Lovely quiet and spacious villa, swimming pool is pretty much to yourself. Everything you need is to hand. Just a very short trek to the beach and plenty of lovely little cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We have small children and it is a perfect place for them. Owner is very helpful and responsive to any queries. Will definitely be coming back!"

"Our family stayed here at the very end of our Portugal trip. This house was perfect for all of us ranging in age from 8 to 88. It is a lovely home and very clean. There is an elevator that helped the older people and of course the children loved the ping pong table and pool. Alice was there to greet us and show us everything we needed to know about the home and answered questions we had about the neighborhood. "I’ve been holidaying in Portugal down south for 40 years and we wanted to try a different area- it did not disappoint! The area is wonderful Inc the lagoon, the castle etc and we absolutely loved this villa, it made our family holiday so enjoyable, especially with all of the kids items. The villa is very comfortable and really well furnished with lovely art and decorative bits - it feels warm and like a home from home. "We loved the house , modern, tastefully decorated. Fab garden and nice and quiet as is the resort. Local beach is 10 mins away by car and stunning. More like a surfing beach as waves are huge. Definitely recommend the house. The resort has a great golf course, some tennis and oaddle courts and a club house. A great week for my family"

"The manager, Vera, is superb. She was able to set up boat rides, Fado evening, restaurants, and a fabulous wine tasting, and was always helpful and wonderful. The pool is super, the house could use window screens and fans in every room, and the owner should make sure all closets are empty. The wine from the estate is fantastic."

Disappointed with the location, not a lot around , quiet and a long walk to the beach , quite steep , which was unsuitable for the older family members.
