"We stayed in the room with a double-bed, and it was really a lovely experience! Arden House is very well maintained and the bathroom and room facilities were very modern. Arundel is quite small so you're only minutes away from everything. The host, Lucie, was very kind and asked if we have everything we need as soon as we got our room. "The room was in need of some love as far as decoration goes. The main lampshade was a large 'white' feather arrangement which looked filthy, had cobweb coming off it.The bed was fairly comfortable & bedding was clean. The bathroom was fairly clean although the area between the shower & basin looked dirty. The TV didn't have reception. Unable to rate staff as we saw no-one, entering & leaving via key safe."

"A really lovely little place to stay. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Having kitchen facilities to use is a bonus although we didn’t use them. The shower wasn’t great (rain head only) and I really struggled to work it. It would also be great to have a mirror in the bedroom area for getting ready as the only mirror was in the bathroom. "

"5 star spotless property. Decor is high end with so much attention to detail yet it feels homely and cheery. Mark and Rich are really lovely hosts and go out of the way to make you comfortable. Little touches like a personalised welcome card and a box of delicious chocolates for Valentines day which i did not expect:) property is so near dining options and coastal walking routes. Our 2nd time staying here abd wont be the last"

"It is an Bed and Breakfast in a country side home. The host were very kind and hospitable. It felt like being a guest in your grandma's house. They accomodated our schedule with no complaints."

"The apartment was clean and exactly what we was looking for as it was just a base for us to sleep and shower. The staff are friendly, unfortunately parking is not free and is quite expensive and they say there is parking in the area, unfortunately southsea/Portsmouth is on the ball with parking and is mostly only available for locals with a parking permits. If you like pubs,bars and restaurants you are in the right area as there are loads around. Yes i would stay there again."
