"The hotel is just a couple miles from the car rental and airport IAH. We stayed for a night. Beds and room were very good and better than I expected. My only concern is how safe the area might be. The front desk reception is enclosed in a bullet proof glass room..."

"I made the reservation primarily for the pool. Its wasn't until check-in that the young lady said it was closed. The carpet was damp. There is no ice machine."
