"I was really unhappy about the state of the cottage. It was once clearly a lovely cottage. Nicely decorated with quality fittings. But it was dirty and grubby. Starting at the front door. Weeds at the doorstep, dirty windows, cobwebs, grubby carpets, marked walls, dirty coasters, unopened mail in piles, filthy kitchen cupboard shelves, cupboards under stairs full of dirt and untidy, kitchen under sink filthy and stinking, back garden full of weeds, absolutely disgustingly filthy velvet...

"I had a wonderful stay at the Little House, would definitely stay again! The place was so cosy and warm when I arrived, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. For me, the only downside was the size of the bathroom (not ideal for a tall person!) and a couple of stray hairs in the bed and makeup stain on one of the towels."

"Lovely property in quiet county setting. We were a group on 8 friends staying for a long weekend. Plenty of space for us all to sit and relax. Well equipped kitchen, had everything needed to make our stay memorable. An hours walk across the fields to Southwold with its old fashioned pier, fish and chips and Adnams brewery and distillery. We booked a tour of Sizewell B nuclear power station that was well worth a visit!"

"The property was perfectly placed in Aldburgh and had everything you would expect and need for a short stay. Our only critique is that the property is now looking really tired and the owners should think about redecorating, especially the bathrooms. Seeing the endless number of holiday rentals available in Aldburgh I dont think we'd stay again if returning."

"A beautiful little cottage very clean and cosy. The main problem was the bathroom downstairs. The stairs were wooden and steep so not suitable for an elderly person. The door frames were low which could be awkward if you were tall. Check out time was 9am which was a bit tight if you wanted to leave it clean and tidy the normal time is 10 am"

"The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. "Sweet little 2 bed cottage in Reydon which is about a 15 -20 minute walk into Southwold. The cottage is nicely appointed, and the beds were super comfortable and bedding and towels provided. A small carton of milk and some basic staples (tea bags, biscuits) were also provided along with some useful things like dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and kitchen towel. The log burner was an enjoyable edition and the shower extremely effective. The bathroom is downstairs which could be a problem for...
