"A group of friends came to GI to attend an event. This location was fantastic for this. A car ride downtown after was under $10. The property was clean and tidy. There was an interesting smell, reminded us of grandma’s house. There was no checkout info, so we gathered trash, started dishwasher, and stripped beds. We’d stay here again!"

"This house is perfect in every way!! Beautifully kept home with the most comfortable beds made our week relaxing and stress free. We enjoyed the beautiful fenced yard with a deck in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We had plenty of room to spread out… we all got much needed alone time and remote work time without being crowded in any way. We travel around the USA often and this rental home is easily the best we have ever stayed in. The owner is fantastic about staying in touch and wanting her...

"What a great place to stay to watch the crane migration. The first evening we sat on the beautiful patio and had sandhill cranes all around us. Close to the best bird viewing spots. Clean and cozy. Fully equipped kitchen. And enjoyed the fireplace. We loved this place. And would definitely stay here again."

"The room was very clean, the front desk very nice and helpful. Was a few miles from restaurants and shopping. I’d definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others. The breakfast was doable. The only draw back is, there was no elevator. I’m still going to give the motel a 10, the price and the cleanliness of the room is worth the 10 rating. I wish the motel would say on their website that there’s no elevator, it would have given me the chance to request a 1st floor room. Other than that it was great."
