"We spent a few days at Smoky Waters Lodge over spring break and had a GREAT visit! the cabin is exactly as presented in the listing. Everything was clean, organized, and no extra clutter in the house! It felt like a little retreat in the midst of the mountains. The cabin is only about a 15-20 minute drive from all of the events and activities you may want to do in the area. "Really really nice property. Only issue we had was the next guest renting the property showed up around 9:30 while we were cleaning up and our check out time was 10. It was a bit weird and inconvenient but apparently they booked the unit to set up for an event from 10-11. I think that’s a bit close with our time being 10 to check out. Otherwise, the property was beautiful! No issues at all. "

"Loved this property! Myself and two friends booked this beautiful home for a girls trip and it was perfect. We each had more than enough space and the home was clean and well appointed. The sunrise and sunset views were amazing for us and we definitely took advantage of the fire pit out back and the hot tub. The owners were fantastic to work with and responded very quickly. "Our family really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix Lodge. The view was unbelievable as advertised. The lodge was beautifully decorated and had lots of room for all of us. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool.
