Marble Alley Lofts
3.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (39)
"The only issue we had was the unit entry code kept asking for 6 digits but we only received a 4 digit code so we had to call to get a new code and the lock reset. Also, the wifi password was incorrect so that needed another phone call. Besides that, it was a great place and walking distance to downtown. Will stay again."

Sage Green Getaway - 2BR 1BA in South Knoxville
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (22)
"The place was extremely clean and beds were comfortable. It was perfect for a weekend getaway! When we first arrived we were a little worried about location, seemed far away, but in reality it was closer than we thought. Everything was about a 10 minute drive, but if you prefer walking, which I do, it was too far for that. Would definitely stay here again. Property management was extremely easy to communicate with. "

Cozy Smoky Mtn Retreat on River w/ Fire Pit & Deck
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (34)
"We really enjoyed the property. A ground level was not available when I booked. The only concern that I have is that the stair treads were loose on the 1st level. The other stairs were quite steep. You may need to redo the grade of the stairs when able as it was difficult for my elderly parents to climb."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the View on Clinch!! We have stayed at several VRBOs in the university tower building and this was by far the absolute best. No comparisons!!! Every detail was accounted for. We were able to walk to campus and downtown Knoxville. I could not imagine a nicer place to have spent the weekend. And of course we were rewarded with a Vol Win against Alabama!"

"Location.. Location.. Location.. I almsot don't want to say how Incredibly Awesome that unit and the Hospitality was all weekend! Why!? Because I want it for myself! Just a hop, skip and a jump to all local shops, dining, farmer's market and so much more! Though, Our favorite spot was just down the stairs, located beneath the unit, where there was a bar and grill along with a hookah lounge below it, in the basement! There's truly no words to explain how Great the spot and the Hospitality was.....

"Haven’t been on a vacation in such a long time. This is a cute little cabin and was very nice stay. Little closer than I would have liked to other homes, but over all stay was very pleasant. Owner even came in and sang some karaoke with us. It was fun. "

Dolly's Downtown Loft - Knoxville!
2.0 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"This apartment is so cute and roomy. We loved how easy it was to walk to local bars, restaurants, and the Market. The downtown has so many things in walking distance, such as mural alley and a city park with sculptures. There were always enough people around that it felt safe to walk at night. The only downside - it’s noisy. It’s right next to the train tracks and the walls don’t seem to be well insulated. So maybe take earplugs if you’re a light sleeper."

★ Fall Special ★ SAUNA ★ Air Hockey ★ WiFi ★ Fire Pit
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (15)
"We only stayed for about 36 hours on our way home from the ocean. It was a nice change to stay in such a unique place - a barn! It was nicely decorated. We have stayed many times in the area before but not necessarily in this part of town. The only downfall was the no cell service but we knew to expect that. We had bear visitors in our yard & on the porch which was very cool. The kids loved the air hockey table. Owners were so responsive,"

Twin Bear I, a Cozy 1 Bedroom Cabin In the Woods! Enjoy Winter Holidays Here!
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (158)
"Had to drive in an unfamiliar area at night due to a late start, but was able to find the cabin easily using the owners directions vs Google Maps. Cabin was the perfect size for two adults, but could easily accommodate a couple more. Very clean upon arrival, and had everything we needed. Mattress was firm, but very comfortable. Hot tub was not something I cared about, and was leery of due to cleanliness concerns, but after seeing how clean it was, ended up really enjoying it after long days of...
