"Every single member of staff we met made us feel special on our visit. They were so kind and helpful. The service was swift and efficient. The hotel was very clean and comfortable throughout. Great value for money. The choice of breakfast was very good and delicious. The parking outside, although limited was very well priced (council owned, but you pay in the hotel). We will recommend to others and hope to return."

"Omg the indulgence suite is named well! I treated myself to a night on my own and it was pure heaven. The food was great, the staff very friendly smily and helpful and the suite was AMAZING. The bed !!! Wow -was the best nights sleep I’ve ever had and the bath..Omg-the bath 👌👌 I booked it for the bath especially and it did not disappoint! I cannot recommend this place highly enough and ladies treat yourself with or without a partner!! Seriously considering booking every couple of months...

"Stayed for one night due to my wife having surgery at the nearest Hospital Kingston. Absolutely amazing service, changed our room to a ground floor which was easily accessible and large for my wife whom is using crutches, couldn’t do enough for us, made a stressful evening into a lovely comfortable one for us both. Highly recommend them 👍"
