"Couch was really dirty . Dog hair all over the futon. Mold and mildew smell all over the house . Upon leaving the house we cleaned the whole house . The person who came to clean the house was rude , gave an attitude about check out process . "

"Our family liked this little stone cottage though we didn’t realize how cramped we would feel. It’s probably a better fit for a couple. The setting on the lake is nice and would probably be fun in the summer. For a rainy fall weekend, there was little to do (no games, puzzles, internet, tv wouldn’t work w/o service, no bikes or fire pit as advertised). We made the best of it but found ourselves bored in the remote location. "

"We stayed at this brand new house with friends and family during the Columbus Day long weekend, and the house is perfect, both in its condition and location. Although it is not a huge house, but all the rooms are well pointed, and the layout is very well thought out. "The location was ideal for our summer family summer, we were looking primarily for something within driving distance to many attractions. Grocery store was a short trip out of town. The AC is not central air, there was one mini split in the living room and fans in the basement and top floor bedrooms. Luckily we stayed during a rainy week, so it was sufficient for our stay. The bedrooms were a little confusing in the listing, there are 2 bedrooms in the basement and open room with a trundle bed....

"We had a great time. The home was clean & space for 8woman was good. It’s was in a great spot close to NorthConway if you want to venture out. The price for the spot was good. The hill walking down to pond was steep. For young kids could be tricky. Wish the outside furniture was a little cleaner to sit on. We also couldn’t find any cleaning products to wipe down anything."

"The room and property exceeded expectations. If you are part of the Dave Ramsey/Baby Step club be prepared that being pitched for a time share is part of your check in. The room was amazing however! Full kitchen with silverware, pots & pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot, etc. We were able to have breakfast in. My wife loved having the soaking tub in our room! "

"Checked into North Conway Grand Hotel and instantly felt at home! 🍪🍎 We were greeted with warm apple cider, cookies, and hot cocoa—a perfect cozy welcome. The kids loved the arcade, and the pool was a great spot to unwind after our drive in from Boston. With 200 DVDs available to rent, we enjoyed a nostalgic movie night! 🎥 And just around the corner, Big Dave’s Bagels and Deli featured in Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, served up the best bagels to start our morning right for the scenic Kancamagus Highway. "

Family oasis!!

"We had an excellent experience. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. We were greeted with cookies and hot cider. There was a movie night with popcorn for the kids. The pool and the room were extremely clean. Breakfast was great. It was also amazing to have a room for a family of 5 with a king bed, queen bed and single pull out. Also a full kitchen and full size fridge. This is truely a unique property that goes above and beyond. The property was at full capacity and you would have never known it because of the staff and how well they ran everything"
