"Location was good for needing to get to airport quickly. Upon initial entry to room everything looked nice and clean. Dropped luggage and then promptly left to see friend. When returning later found that the sheets were covered in hairs...probably dog or cat, at least that is what I hope it was. Grossed out but it was late at night and not in mood to have it changed. Swapped beds with friend."

"So I got in at 10PM on a Friday. Dropped my bags and wanted to go hit a bar. Alexis gave me a place called Santos in the same area of Escazu. While taking an uber home, I left my phone in the uber upon getting back to the Hostel. Alexis was so helpful the next day. He made sure to get in contact with the Uber driver as well as the bar owner. The uber driver did not find my Phone at first. I was literally on my way to my next destination a mile away in a taxi Alexis arranged and Alexis called...

"This place is CLOSED yet hotels.com keeps offering it online. I booked through hotels.com as part of my trip and when I got their and the hotel was no longer in operation, and it was a nightmare dealing with hotels.com. They are pushy and it is a mess. When I started demanding my money back, a pushy person who spoke broken English called to sell me ANOTHER hotel, but refused to give me my money back. I am realizing hotels.com is a racket."

"We visited this property for two nights as a group of 11 women working on our personal growth. The house was perfectly suited to our needs and had just the right amount of space for all of us to spend time together as a group. "We were traveling from Jaco to SJO and had a very late flight so we booked the Oasis loft to relax in before needing to be back to SJO. Eve was so accommodating, allowing us to check in early and was willing to hold our luggage if our rental wasn’t available in time. She personally picked us up and dropped us off from SJO, showing us the sites and giving us food recommendations. I would 100% book with Eve again!"
