"Reception staff (especially on arrival - didn’t get his name: but he was so helpful and a credit to the hotel) v good Room was clean, well appointed & comfy One suggestion: operate a shuttle service to/from airport. €15-20 is a lot to pay a taxi for a 5 minute drive "

"The sofa bed was so uncomfortable is was impossible to sleep for more than a few minutes at a time and as soon as I sat on it, the arm fell off, having been glued back on many times. On our last morning there was no hot water available so a day of travelling home with no shower. Reported to the venue but no response."

From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Very close to the slopes, ski in and ski out. Great location, close to everything. Higlly recommend it. "
