"Terrible. Building is old and dirty. Rooms old and very dirty. They don’t accept paid reservations via online. They say they have another administration and don’t have how to reach money; everything stinks and can’t pay with credit card on site. Run away"

"Very disappointed. Booked the hotel but room wasn’t in a hostel 2 floors down. Building is in terrible shape. Room was not what we booked. Photos are misleading, they show you’ll get a balcony and a certain layout, you don’t. Room and hotel smelt like an ashtray. No blankets given. Advised them of all the issues, answers given were ridiculous. When asking for a blanket the response was ‘we don’t have blankets, no one asks for blankets but I’ll do you a favour and bring you a duvet cover to use...

"Extremely worn out building. Paint etc peeling from walls. Wood floors were very worn. Would not stay there again. On the bright side the staff was extremely helpful in meeting me at the Giza train station and transporting me to the hotel."
