"If you are looking for a budget accomodation, than this hostel is great( not sure why it is advertised on Expedia as luxury guesthouse, when sign in the property saying Hostgram Hostel). Overall it's a nice accomodation. We liked our big room with balcony overlooking Talaat Harb Street( it might be too noisy for some people, bear in mind that this street is very busy with cars all the time, but we didn't mind that). "We were promised two king beds and two twin beds but actual was one king bed, one single and one twin. Toilet hose and bath hose leaking. Curtains and floor are filthy. Lift got stuck as there was no clear instructions of not more than 3 people at a time. Lift didn’t work and have to manually climb the stairs and get down with all our luggages. Property address and actual address are different which made us to wander for half hour to locate the property. We found the hotel to be Joy Hotels...
