"I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, everything seemed fine at first, but then I noticed a cockroach scuttling across the floor. It was a clear sign of poor cleanliness and lack of pest control. I immediately notified the front desk, but the response was less than reassuring.
