"It was so bad that we could not belive our eyes, the room was damaged, like toilet and the shower. The water from showering was stuck and a LOT of human hair in the shower and on the floor. It was also smelling like really bad on the bed. They DIDNT change the bed sheet every day. People took food with their hands and the food was so bad."
