"This place is a great discovery. The hosts offer a warm and gracious hospitality. The jazz music they play in the common area is excellent. I love their displays of art and the maps of the local area. The breakfasts were splendid and the host worked to accommodate the dietary needs of one of our group."

"Very nice and cozy place to stay at. The owners are very nice and kind. It was a pleasure to spend the time there. I really enjoyed having a drink with the owner. The place is at the top of a mountain with a beautiful scenery. The place is mostly for ski resort, but I used it to go around the area and visit some local attractions."

"The service is amazing, different breakfast meal served each day at 7:30am sharp, once you embrace the culture of sleeping on mattresses on the floor and using shared bathroom amenities, you really feel at home here. We will definitely stay here again!!!"

"We had the best experience staying at Pension Hobby during our visit to Japan. The owners are very kind and they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Our room was simple and clean with a modern space heater. Norikura itself is tiny and the number of restaurants is limited. This didn’t matter at all since we had fantastic dinners (set menu) at Pension Hobby every night during our stay. Breakfast always included homemade yoghurt, milk, jam, sausages, bacon and so on. "家族12人で、お誕生日のお祝いで、一泊しました。とても広くて、子供達も大喜びでした。部屋数も多く、みんな快適に寝ることが出来ました。日本のテレビが見れず、子供は喜んでいましたが、大人は少し残念でした。しかし、ゲームもありテレビをみる時間もないくらい楽しみましたので、大丈夫でした。メールの他に日本語の案内があると年齢層が高い方の利用も安心出来ると感じました。外観は、古いけど、中は素敵なリノベーションされていてとても良い空間でした。また、利用したいです。"

"Service : best customer service from all staff. Impeccable. Room and facilities: new and nicely maintained. Rhe suite i took was spacious with 2 bathrooms. A rare find for a ski in ski out hotel on the slope. Wifi in room works well Food: decent food in hotel restaurant, much better than what neighbouring hotels. There are not a lot of food options nearby. Parking: available at open space opp ski info center. Have to inform hotel to send a snow shuttle to car park to fetch our luggage as the it is a short walk , but not easy with many luggages. However, The hotel staff provide best customer service to assist. Overall, 5 star rating for sure. Thank you everyone at T hotel ryuoo."
