"Property was a little outdated and the room seemed a little old but otherwise the stay was amazing and I would definitely choose this hotel again. The location was perfect and so convenient to get to the train station and town center. "

"It was a good stay but the room was kinda small for a big suitcase and the property had some wear and tare but nothing that bad. Overall a good stay especially for the price"

"Traditional Ryokan with many onsen baths. We had our own outdoor onsen which was nice but you could also use one of the other larger onsen by free reservation, these were great. Traditional Japanese meal for dinner which was lovely and very authentic feeling. Quite expensive."

"Clean but needed vacuuming under bed and around tv. Convenient to train station for touring and close to shopping and a variety of restaurants, with onson Lots of complimentary nice touches-toothbrushes, tips, shavers, ice cream and late nite noodles. The light control was poor-automatic light came on bright, whenever you got close to the entry and sink (annoying at night)."
