"This property was absolutely amazing!!! My room was spacious, the robe and towels were soft and cozy and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on! The staff was friendly and accommodating; a bellman (I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name) even helped me repack my over-stuffed bag! I give this hotel a 10/10 and will definitely be back!!"

"We had a really nice time in Dubai. The Taj was a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous pool, a great breakfast buffet and a wonderful room. The only problem with our room is that the ceiling was leaking our first morning and they never cleaned the bathtub after they came and fixed it. They also never told me it was fixed. The bathtub was the only way to know they had been in there. The service in the restaurant was impeccable, however room service was very slow (all we ever ordered was Coke Zero) and it never got better. The food at the buffet in the morning was very good and it had food for pretty much everyone. Lastly, the location was great and very central to the tours and the attractions we were there to experience. Overall a great place to stay!"

"I had a really nice and spacious room and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were very approachable and helpful each time I approached them. The restaurant staff did everything they could to ensure all guests had a good experience at every meal. They went over and beyond, asking each time they came to my table if everything was ok and if they could get me anything. The amenities available were good. The property is lovely, nice and clean. It was quite some distance from the main areas in Dubai though, however taxis were available at your request which made it easier to get around. I had a really good time."
